1. First, take the pitted dates to a blender and make a coarse paste out of it without adding any water.
2. Next, chop the nuts of your choice into small pieces. Alternatively, you can pulse them for a few seconds in a blender and use them.
3. Then, mix the dates and nuts along with health mix / Sathumaavu powder and make a ball or which shape you want it.

Note :
